This policy applies to downloadable digital products sold by ABF — A Better Flow.

Customer-convenience cancellation

Because access is made available immediately after successful payment, change-of-mind cancellations and refunds are generally not accepted after purchase, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

When we investigate a refund

Contact us for duplicate charges, a materially corrupted or inaccessible delivery, a material mismatch with the product description, or a suspected unauthorized charge. We will investigate and provide replacement or refund where appropriate.

How to request support

Use the contact form and include the purchase email, approximate purchase time, product name and a short description. Do not send full card details.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
